Which destination is better for a family vacation?

I am looking for a family holiday destination. I plan to stay in May 2009. The choice I have Wisconsin Dells, WI, Hershey, PA, Great Lakes, Myrtle Beach, SC and Edisto Island, SC. I want to go somewhere that my 4 year old son, my husband, me and my mother-in-law wants. Any suggestions or advice on where to go? Everyone has been to one of these and what are some experiences you had? Thanks in advance for any help.
